Justin Bieber is finally legal, but that doesn’t mean what he’s doing is.
As TMZ first reported, Bieber’s attorneys sent a cease-and-desist letter to the creators of the iTunes app Joustin’ Beaver, claiming no one is allowed to make fun of the Baby singer.
“It’s not that I can’t laugh at myself,” explained the Biebs. “I’m just tired of everyone else laughing at me.”
The app’s creator fired back at the 18-year old with a lawsuit of their own, insisting the game is a “parody” protected by the First Amendment.
Bieber told OMGG.com he isn’t worried.
“If that’s how they’re going to play it, I’ll just have the Constitution changed.”

The U Smile singer celebrated his 18th birthday the way most men do — with an appearance on The Ellen Degeneres Show.
Selena Gomez told OMGG.com that she begged her man to go to a strip club like a normal 18-year old, but he adamantly refused.
“well, at least he no longer has an excuse to avoid intimacy,” Gomez confessed. “Every time I’ve tried to touch him in the past, he’s threatened to charge me with statutory rape.”

Jessica Simpson is back in the news after posing naked with an exposed baby bump for the April issue of ELLE magazine.
“Wait a sec, they’re saying I’m pregnant?” asked Simpson after being told her photos are a hit with fans.
The singer, who has battled weight issues since her split with ex-husband Nick Lachey, says this is all a big misunderstanding.
“I took those pictures because my agent said some controversy would get my career back on track,” insisted the 31-year old. “To be honest, I thought I was posing for Playboy’s ‘Curvy Girl’ issue.”
