Is Darth Vader leaving the dark side for someplace tropical?

Star Wars fans across the globe are outraged over George Lucas’ tweaking of the original movie, claiming he’s transformed one of the greatest villains of all-time into a sobbing little baby.

Other changes to the film are also garnering attention, including an extended “Parade of the Ewoks” and lost footage of Jabba the Hutt admitting he needs to start eating fewer carbs.

In a recent interview with Rolling Stone, Cyndi Lauper acknowledged that 28 years after recording the hit song Girls Just Want to Have Fun, all she really wants is a nap.

“I’m too old for all this fun nonsense,” explained the 58-year old songwriter. “I suppose it was ok in the 80s, when I didn’t have a mortgage and chronic back problems to worry about.”

Pop singer Katy Perry told OMGG she’s disappointed to learn that her childhood idol is slowing down, insisting, “You should never be too old to have a good time.”

When informed of Perry’s comments, Lauper retorted, “Tell her she needs to stop dressing like a tramp if she wants her opinion respec…holy sh#t, I’m turning into my mother.”

She won Best Female Video at the VMAs for Born This Way, but Lady Gaga certainly wasn’t born that way.

OMGG.com has learned that Gaga pulled out all the stops to become male alter ego Jo Calderone at this year’s MTV award show.

“A gender reassignment operation was indeed performed,” admitted Hollywood plastic surgeon Mel Osgood. “Lady Gaga is no longer a lady.”

The transformation was so shocking, even close friend Britney Spears didn’t recognize the Just Dance crooner.

“I just assumed Ralph Macchio had really let himself go,” admitted Spears.
