Lindsay Lohan is taking no responsibility for her recent car accident that injured a Los Angeles truck driver.
“I’m the real victim,” the 25-year old actress said over the weekend. “I was on my way to church when an 18-wheeler came out of nowhere and hit me.”
After investigators uncovered a photo of the Mean Girls star on the phone that morning, with her Porsche parked in the middle of a busy intersection, she was still unapologetic.
“I might’ve fibbed a bit, but I still don’t think I did anything wrong,” Lohan told OMGG.com. “I defy you to show me a traffic law that says it’s a crime to sext while driving!”
