It didn’t take long for Lindsay Lohan to go from freckle-faced cutie to leathery hoochie.

So did the 25-year old (wait, she’s only 25?!?!) just age poorly, or is her weathered look the result of some botched plastic surgery?

OMGG.com caught up with Lohan, who swears she’s all natural.

“There’s nothing fake about me,” said the suddenly tanned, platinum blonde actress. “Like I’ve said before, I would never do anything that could potentially harm my body.”
