Miley Cyrus celebrated turning 19 by taking hits from the birthday bong last weekend.

After the admitted stoner’s BFF Kelly Osbourne presented Cyrus with cake made from mashed up pot brownies, the Hannah Montana star allegedly held up two spliffs and yelled “Whoa man, I’m double-jointed!”

OMGG.com investigators have learned that the birthday girl was actually the first to leave her own party Saturday night.

“She suddenly got the urge to watch A Clockwork Orange,” said a witness. “But not before she got all paranoid and accused (former boyfriend) Nick Jonas of being an undercover cop.”
