Dwight Howard finally got his wish.
The All-Star Center, who has said he won’t re-sign with Orlando next season, was dealt to the Connecticut Sun today for star forward Asjha Jones and two future draft picks.
“We did all we could with the trade deadline approaching,” said Magic GM Otis Smith. “On a positive note, I think Asjha will fit in nicely with the rest of our pathetic team.”
OMGG.com has learned that Howard was immediately signed to a four-year contract worth nearly $600,000 — the richest in WNBA history.
