Forgetful Rick Perry Shows Up to Debate Naked

During a debate last week, Rick Perry came under fire for forgetting the names of the three government agencies he wished to eliminate. When pressed by moderators, he blankly stared into the distance before exclaiming, “Oops!”

But that blunder pales in comparison to last night’s debacle.

The governor appeared drunk, showing up 15 minutes late for the GOP debate in South Carolina wearing nothing but a shower cap. When confronted by CBS News host Scott Pelley, the confused Texan defended his latest gaffe.

“Look, I may have forgot to put my suit on, but America doesn’t…um…shoot, I forgot what I was going to say.”
