After less than two years in existence, The Vin Diesel School of Acting is closing its doors for good today, due to poor attendance.
Although Diesel’s class was advertised as a “workshop that helps you delve deeply into one-dimensional characters” and “refine your voice-deepening technique,” students weren’t impressed.
“I asked for a refund,” former student Lucy O’Connor told us. “Ever since I studied with Vin, casting directors have called my auditions ‘robotic’ and ‘ape-like’.”
“I don’t get it,” remarked Diesel. “If I’m such a bad actor, why was I nominated for a Teen Choice Award for 2 Fast 2 Furious?”
