NASA’s rover Curiosity touched down on Mars early Monday after a picture-perfect descent, leading to cheers from space enthusiasts and random nerds across the globe.
But according to OMGG.com scientists, the $2.5 billion craft was discovered by extraterrestrials just days after landing safely.
The ambitious planetary mission is now teaching scientists a lot about Martian behavior, as spacemen are using the vehicle to explore the planet, drive their kids to school and pick up chicks.
“Our cameras inside the rover are functioning properly, so we’re learning a lot,” said NASA engineer Eric Stough. “In fact, this morning we caught two aliens making love in Curiosity’s backseat.”
