Hugh Laurie Shocked to Learn He’s Not a Real Doctor

Hugh Laurie is finally getting out of the House.

Television’s most lovable curmudgeon will soon be looking for work, as his popular medical drama will end it’s eight-year run this season.

OMGG.com caught up with Mr. Laurie, who told us he plans to open his own medical practice sometime next year.

“We’re really worried about Hugh,” said House co-star Omar Epps. “He’s been doing his character for so long he believes he’s an actual doctor.”

Laurie says Epps is the one who’s delusional.

“We need to get him to Dr. Wilson for a brain scan, stat,” said the 52-year old actor. “My diagnosis is that he’s suffering from Priya Syndrome, a rare neurological disorder that’s causing him to say nonsensical things to the press.”
