Is the world’s most famous Lady really a Gentleman?

The Just Dance singer said she’s ready to “tell the story she’s never told” in her new music video, and that’s fueled speculation that she’s a transexual. But there’s never been proof…until now.

Earlier this evening, OMGG.com’s Urinal Photography Unit (UPU) captured this image of the singer holding her “little monster” in an Arby’s restroom just outside of Columbus, Ohio.

While cleaning out the attic of his $6.8 million brownstone on Park Avenue in New York City, podiatrist Frank Aversa made a startling discovery yesterday.

“I found this shoebox marked ‘Matthew B’s private pics’,” explained Aversa. “I was curious so I peeked inside. I began vomiting almost immediately.”

In the box were 20 gruesome photos of Sex in the City actress/horse Sarah Jessica Parker, some in lingerie, others completely naked.

Without hesitation, the blinding images were tossed in his fireplace and destroyed.

“I told him he could’ve sold them to a gossip site like OMGG.com for big money, but he said he cares too much about humanity to make them public,” Aversa’s wife Cindi told us.
